Candlelit Yin Yoga is 60 minutes of deep relaxation. You will hold gentle poses anywhere between 1 to 5 minutes. Using props in class helps you to dive deeper into each pose releasing sore muscles or any tension that may be stored deep within your body. Practiced mainly on the ground, Yin Yoga allows you to slow down, pause and breathe, all while letting the cares of your day to melt away.
